Wow. It is impossible for us to capture how amazing Zoe is and how good at her job she is — it was like she was born to do this. She is the most wonderful and kind person, knows every vendor in Mendocino (who by the way only speak glowingly about her), and was one step ahead of us throughout the planning process. She truly made planning our wedding stress free, which feels unheard of! When it came to our day, we knew we were in good hands. I know so many people say they don’t get to enjoy their weddings because they’re running around but Zoe’s calm steady presence helped us be entirely present with our guests and friends. Our wedding weekend was the best of my life and so much of this was due to Zoe and her fabulous team. We are so lucky we found Zoe!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah Sharaf. From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel calm, intentional, and genuinely joyful. Her organization, attention to detail, and steady presence allowed us to actually enjoy planning our wedding rather than feel overwhelmed by it.
On the wedding day itself, everything flowed so seamlessly, and that is entirely thanks to her behind-the-scenes magic. She handled every detail with grace and professionalism, anticipated needs before they arose, and created an environment where we felt completely supported and at ease. Because of her, we were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and trust that everything was taken care of.
Beyond her skill and expertise, she is simply a kind, thoughtful, and grounding human to have by your side during such a meaningful time. We felt truly cared for, listened to, and understood throughout the entire experience. Working with Zoe was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our wedding was absolutely magical, and everything we hoped for on the day - including being calm, intentional, present, and spacious, which many weddings are not. But Zoe was the magician behind the curtain that made it all happen - thanks to her talent, organization, clarity, hard work, and communication, we were able to just sit back and fully enjoy the day, knowing that she, her talented team, all our amazing vendors, and a lot of our loved ones jumping in as volunteers had everything handled. The process of working with Zoe was clear and well-organized from Day 1. Every single time we spoke, she presented smart, simple solutions and suggestions to our questions, and put lots of things on our radar to plan for / decide on that we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. She listened closely to what we wanted, and offered input when we asked for it but was never overbearing - just consistently thoughtful, responsive, and supportive. She helped ensure we stayed on track with planning, and did so much problem solving behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly (probably more than we ever saw!). Her local knowledge of Mendocino and personal relationships and connections to almost all our vendors was invaluable. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and my only regret is not hiring her team to help with our wedding events on other days (Friday/Sunday) as those were totally DIY. I simply could not recommend her highly enough. Weddings can be a lot, and you want to be able to enjoy it when you get there - Zoe is the person who can make that happen for you.

Our wedding would not have been the same without Zoe!! From the moment you meet with her, you can tell she has a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry and is deeply connected to the Mendocino event scene. We had a shorter planning timeline (8 months) and Zoe helped us prioritize the most critical items we needed to get done every month to keep things on track. Her vendor recommendations are top notch, and we were able to lock in so many amazing local folks right at the start.
Beyond being super organized and knowledgable, Zoe has such a gift of calming energy, holding a ton of context in her head, and creating a structure for all the various pieces of a day to come together effectively. The energy of the event was sky high from start to finish. She managed what I can only imagine were countless things behind the scenes that we never knew about on the wedding day so that we could be as present as possible.
My only regret is not having hired Zoe to support all the other events we had across the weekend. She is worth every penny!! Hire her!

Sarah was our coordinator for our wedding at Harbor House Inn. She made our lifetime event smooth and memorable.
Sarah started to work with us a couple of months before our wedding. She followed up on everything related to our wedding. She hosted and coordinated the meeting between us and the venue. She also managed the conversation with all our vendors. She always stays on top of everything.
On the wedding weekend, not only did she manage to get everything on track (thanks to her thorough preparation!), she also calmed every stressful person down, including me.
Her professionalism and attention to detail brought us a lot of confidence for our first and hopefully last wedding. Working with her feels just like working with an old friend.
For sure, she became friends not just with the two of us, but with a lot of our friends too.
